We use it to run memberships and billing, place students in class, contact you about schedule and safety, process payments, keep the mat safe, understand how people find the club, post class life (see photos below), keep required records, and enforce our membership rules.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Who we share with
Only as needed: our website and payment providers, email or text tools, accountant and insurer, instructors who need the roster and emergency contacts, and others if the law requires it or someone is at risk. If the club is transferred, records may move with it.
Social networks receive what you and we post or message there. We do not control how those companies use that data.
6. Photos, video, and social media
We may photograph or film class for instruction, our website, and club social media. Students, including children, may appear.
If you do not want a child used in promotional posts, email us. We will make a reasonable effort to keep that child out of new posts we control.
We cannot control other parents’ phones, shares or screenshots, or copies the social network keeps.
Do not post other people’s children from our mat without that family’s okay.
Do not put card numbers or detailed medical information in a public comment. Use email or a private message. Billing should go through official checkout.
7. How long we keep it
Membership and billing records while you train and as long as tax, insurance, or law require. Emergency and health notes while the student is active. Website logs for a short time unless needed for security. Photos until we no longer use them, or until a parent’s opt-out applies to new use.
8. Cookies
Our website and social tools may use cookies to keep you logged in, remember a cart, and measure visits. You can block cookies in your browser. Checkout may not work without some of them.
If we run Facebook or Instagram ads, the platform may measure whether someone came from an ad. We do not use that to target children under 13.
9. Your choices
You may ask what we have about you or your child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it except records we must keep (payments, waivers, incidents). You may cancel auto-pay as described in our membership terms, opt a child out of promotional photos, and unfollow our social pages at any time.
